I know that my nanuq could somewhat understand Eastern Inuit. Unfortunately now my own language is fading into the wind because my mother had passed away. All I have is my Inuvialuk Siglit Dictionary. Anyhow.. my legacy is in my soapstone, and other medium in writing an illustrated childrens' book based upon my Alaskan Mahalamut, as well as a few paintings. Lost is never lost even though my Inuvialuit words are never to be spoken.
