This is really lovely. Very different from the original, but still recognisable in its melody. The music video is really nice too, feels weirdly nostalgic as someone who grew up in a snowy area, although I'm not from this culture.

vous savez, nous autres les individus blancs d'Amérique, ceux qui vivent dans un bungalow de banlieue, on peut pas se rendre compte de la souffrance de nos compatriotes autochtones car nous n'y sommes pas vraiment exposée. Mais depuis quelques années nous le commençons... Vous savez ce que je commence à penser qu'en tant que blanc, ben pour être un vrai canadien et pas juste un européen importé d'une autre époque ou un américain US déguisé, il nous manque une part de culture autochtone à intégrer dans nos vies .
