I don't know why people say CQC is crap. This looks like LOADS of fun.

It definitely is! I do however get why that "it's crap" sentiment is there. While it can be really fun, one's first experience with it usually sucks because of some lasting bugs that just hinder your ability to even get to games if you don't know what to do about them, or even that it's a bug, and it could definitely do with a lot of QOL improvements. Also it usually requires some level of organising to ever get to any other gamemode than Deathmatch, and if you just randomly Deathmatch there's a big chance you'll just get absolutely farmed by a few tryhards. I personally try to always go a bit easy on the newer folks trying it out And make it fair.

Pro tip: When there's enough explosions, it's easy to sync it perfectly with music 😝

We slowly built up our small group of similarily skilled players where we arrange matches, it's even much more Fun that way before inevitably certain player joins 😁
