You can always see what expeditions are going to be going and when, on EDSM. Generally, these always start with the mass jump, and you of course dont neccesarily have to go on the expedition then.

Yea, there was lots of people in this one, way more than I thought. Proves exploration is still going strong in Elite which is awesome! And if you wanna participate in mass jump, you can actually do that even when you don't really go to the expedition, I actually did it like that with my first ever mass jump Lost Souls... 3? Dunno now. But basically I registered for it, but didnt really go anywhere in the end :D I just love these events tho, they are so cool.
