I accepted a bounty mission and was told to go this this settlement access a computer, to find out where the pirate is. When I got there I was fined for trespassing ? What did I do wrong, what am I missing?

Hopefully it was figured out, but in case, if you're landing near a facility like a hub, you'll need to obtain permission like a space port. If it's facilities you can't obtain permission, you'll have to land away from it and go in on a SRV where you can get closer and you'll see a red zone. You'll be able to scan
