Hello master commander, Ive been saving alot of Money to buy that Krait... Im currently on a Keelback with a little fighter and Im on a combat build. The Harmless pilot cant help me on the bounty missions so Im forced to hire an expert pilot.

any way to deploy your main ships guns while you pilot a fighter? i have noticed that when you put a npc into a fight then hop in one your self (so there is 2 fighters and the main ship) your main ship wil undeploy your weapons for no reson?

Couple things I wish you touched on, I can buy 2 fighters for my krait fighter bay, but can only have 1 npc pilot at a time? The other ship has to be piloted by me or a friend via multi crew? Also, can I be in a fighter at the same time as npc? Or does someone always have to be in my main ship? What happens if I die while I’m in a fighter? Do I have to respawn at a space station and rebuy my whole ship? Or do I just magically spawn back into my ship when the fighter blows up? Thanks for the information

You are not in the fighter. It's remotely controlled via the game's "telepresence" tech. Even if you are in the ship as a crew member, you won't "physically" die. You won't get paid, I believe, from the work that was being put in and I do know the actually pilot of the ship dies and has to rebuy and all that other trash.

Are you elite in any career? If you are Elite rank you can access Shinrarta Dezhra and buy any hangar you want

You might have learned already, but there’s no engineering on Hangar Bays. It only depends on if the ship can fit one

No. No you cannot. You for some reasom can have three in reserve. When you go out you can select one to bring along and that is all. The other two stay home but they still take your income! Just pick a single fighter pilot and you will keep forever.

Hi, I need help. I have a Krait Mk ll. but every starport I go to they do not have the fighter hangar. Is there something wrong with the ship I have or is it that I am in the wrong system? Please help

Wrong systems, they’re not stocked everywhere. I don’t know all the systems but I know there’s tier 5-6 bays in Hackworth Orbital in the Ehecatl system

Can SLF pilots be fired _before_ they take a share of the profits? So, right before you turn in your kills, or missions, whatever... you fire or dismiss the pilot and keep all the credits? Assuming you're not trying to keep the guy and level him, just use and toss 'em. I just got done, took two days, engineering and outfitting a T-10 for the AFK method of taking massacre missions. So, I don't want to start with a Harmless guy that's not going to be of much help, but I don't want to give up the 12% to the Expert I need.
