Great flying. I noticed your hull going down quite fast once you lost your shields. I noticed the same thing in a solo high CZ today when all four spec ops were teaming me. I'm going to look at my resists, but the lack of internal optional slots does make the Python Mk II less of a hull tank than I'm used to.

The python mk2 that’s been bought seems to have a bug with hull integrity. Might want to check that just in case, it seems to come up with not needing repairs but the actual numbers are dropping

Yeah I use 2x OC beam lasers with thermal conduit and 3x Cannons with forceshell. It's loads of fun for PVE but not sure how well cannons hold up in PVP . I'm also rocking Prismatic shields with boosters for over 2000MJs with 47% thermal resist lol I mostly just fitted what I had in inventory and it worked out well. Since I no longer have my Corvette, it's now my second tankiest shield tank, next to my Cutter that has 5200mj and 52% thermal resist.

decent resistances but you might find out struggling vs plasmas (especially vs plasma chargers since its damage "pure" absolute) *and* rams

@@AlswulfFYI, I just replaced my corrosive multicannon with an additional cannon with force shell and it is an absolute riot! The overcharged thermal conduit beans melt through shields and the cannons punch through hulls, while sending even Condas backwards lol. The 4X C3 cannons seem to also cause ships to prematurely explode with up to 16%+ health left lol. I had these cannons rotting because I always want to use them (much like burst lasers, back in the day), but they were always underwhelming. It's especially nice this time around because of the narrow convergence points on the Python II. I hear ya...I'm not too concerned with absolute damage in these quicker ships. I don't (necessarily) try to create absolute damage resistant ships with raw health when they are smaller/ quicker ships. Not like I would, say, a much slower and larger ship, like the Cutter, since it has little evasive abilities vs a Krait II or FDL. If somebody rams me in this Python, or even an FDL? I could have done better. I tend to get resistance-heavy in this context

hell yeah :D Cannons: OC g5 (dispersal + oversized). Few reasons so far: - no distro for "ok-damage" - around same speed with pacis - dispersal experimental vs gimba-frag ships and the last but not the least: decent addition into kinetic damage portion (since hull fpr most pvp configs have high thermal resist)

так, лютий бій! А корабель файний :] Дуже подібний фердерлансу, з декотрими зручностями. Є обмеження по озброєнню із-за розподільника з такою кількістю слотів.. Але здається вже 2 фанових конфіга вигадав!
