Yeah... when you lift heavy ass weight, the bloodflow happening in your body creates a pretty euphoric sensation. That feeling is really the biggest reason I ever deadlift at all. You can get quite literally pumped if you pull less than half this much. The only sensation i know of that is kind of similar is heavy G-forces. You may not emote the same as he did, but you will feel the feeling that is causing him to. Hormones are also a factor. This way way more of a physical response than it is an emotional expression.
