My eagle 1 operator was working fine for 5 years. Suddenly I’m having adjust my limit nylon cams every 2 days. My gate keeps getting out of adjustment. What could the problem be?

I was having the same issue. I noticed upon further inspection that the chain was too loose, the limit nut was also cracked. There are videos on KZbin on how to remove the slack out of the chain on both sides of the sprockets. Hope this helps you.
