It’s so insane how good the lifts look at the beginning of the video but they just get better and better.

The attention to the tiniest little details is just unreal. Love these vids.

Also learning sumo in suit/briefs, also sometimes run into my thigh with my hand on the pull. When attempting to widen the stance, was there any other key tips given to maintain power and torso position in the lift? KZbin audio is being unfriendly, if anyone reading this managed to pick up what Dave said I'd greatly appreciate if you could reply with it.

1. the wider he goes, the closer he needs to be to the bar. 2. flare your knees like crazy. 3. corkscrew feet to preload glutes and squat into position. this is what I managed to pick up

that mixed grip, isn't that a big risk for a bicep tear?
@Dr_Footbrake2 жыл бұрын
greater than hook grip but i wouldn't say big risk. for all the millions of deadlifts people do every year with mixed grip you only hear about a handful of bicep tears

The blue wrestling shoes guys problem is his shoes he has no lap stability and so that makes him fall backwards when he externerally rotates the hips by engaging his abductors more

Dave should wear a mic so we can hear him a little better. Depending on where the cameraman is it’s hard to hear him sometimes.
