Feel bad for the bald guy. Dave always seems to be giving him the bum's rush. That aside, love this series. Just wish I understood Dave's lingo when he's trying to make a point. I have got a lot to learn.

I loved it! here I am, out in my garage, scrolling, see your video, click, boom! your doing seated cable rows, I grab my dumbbells for standing rows and try my best to replicate what I see, just the best thank you
