Sir In the last 2nd question it is given Max possible value for c, so as 3,8,9 are given already the max value left is 7. So when we put 7 for C. The condition b>c gets violated. So the option is false as it cannot be true at all times...is this right or wrong? I think the question meant that we should keep C as Max and then check is the condition B> c is getting violated or not.

Sir u explain things in a v.nice way, but i think u hv made a mistake at 22:07 min, 7+3+2+7+9=28 and u said 27, so accordingly 2 ppl ie. C & E are having the same total score which is not possible acc to the given info in ques, so won't we thus discard Statement I on this basis and ans should be only Statement II..?
