So, I noticed on the higher level kites (i.e. the ones you see people actually surfing with) there is a central line that appears to be attached to their waist. this line appears to have this central line drawn through the center of the control bar (connecting from the waist to the kite). From what I have seen, it appears that pulling the bar closer to the body straight back will actually cause the lift. What I am wondering, is if you can simulate this same effect with the trainer kite by simply pulling the steering bar laterally back towards the body. OR, if that central line (for the advanced kites) actually makes the trainer kite devoid of this ability. (as it seems the central line is connected to the advanced kites itself)

Hello, a trainer kite is made to master the steering of a kite. Most have trouble with the left right movement, It is not intended to add a 2nd variable or even third. Its to simplify what is known t obe the hardest. Proper steering.

I have a B3 and yesterday i tried to launch it several timer but it never did as easy as it looks here, it always went up and then strongly steer to one side, flip and crash into one side, i tried prob more than 30 times with always the same result.. never went up to 12, and most of the time it just went up like a couple meters from the ground, like eye level and no more than that before steering flipping and crashing to the side..

could be an issue with your bridal set up, or possibly user error. :)
