So sorry. Take 1 or 2 aspirin everyday. It helps to think out the blood so it flows better and not clot up. Sis is recovering for 5 years now and I found out all she had to do was take an aspirin per day and it’s good to keep away heart attacks too. To a great recovery. It takes time but only exercise helps you to recover. You don’t use it, you lose it.
