Her message immediately induces the “relaxed woman” state of being. Thank you Liz for reflecting such light, such surrender - you may not have had an example of the relaxed woman, but you are a reflection for me.

I love the question of how are we complicit. I think debating the notion of fault, isn't productive, but to simply take the most honest next step. We never know what the best next step is, but we know what is true, and when being true to your mind, heart, purpose or soul, you will see the lessons more clearly, and be less likely to place blame.

I like the way Elizabeth Gilbert's life path and personality has evolved, authentically. There are many people in the creative and or spiritual field who adopt identities out of wanting to be and live in a certain way - and also, because they secretly are deeply in need of to be liked, and love to tell people how to live or be. Elizabeth shares from a place of genuine authenticity.

I most sincerely hope we can all find that genuine unconditional self-love. That unshakable firmament that just your existing at all, your being just you, guarantees that you will always be loved and accepted. And that whatever else is true, there is this home, this shelter, this warmth, this firm, confident hug that tells you unmistakably that you are loved and ok. Be well my friends and go in Peace and the surety of being unshakably loved.

WOW! Did I need this talk today? I have been thinking about how to cherish my partner's love without feeling burdened, consumed, or trapped. The love letter idea is making me tear up. Nothing is needed of you.

Plato had written over his door, "Practice Death" LIZ, you are a letter straight from LOVE ... thank YOU! I'm so grateful to have joined the group last year ... what a gift. And what you say here is so fearless, so close to something that we can never touch and as you said we are five Einstein's away from this knowing. And we are always there. Here in the ever elusive now and running and then disappearing from the path. Always.

OMG 🎉❤ this conversation has been AMAZING ! So validating on so many aspects helping me to clarify the subject of inspiration , getting many ideas , finishing projects … the IFS ( I know better Voice Dialogue ) . I loved the analogy of the planes coming in and dialoguing with the ideas seeing if they’re well formed enough to give them attention ! I remember reading about this in one of the books . Also the Quantum field experience and self love letters … mixing all these different inner dimensions that we have and becoming conscious of now ! I really really loved it … all this is happening to me and I don’t really have another person that is living this and we can exchange about it together . Thank you so much ❤🙏🌈🦄🥳🥰⚫️👩‍🎨

I love this conversation so much. I love that she says the first line back to you from the divine should be an endearment. This was my experience when I had my “spiritual awakening”, I heard Love first say to me “ Darling, sweetheart, you are the apple of my eye…” The “Apple of my eye” phrase was so interesting because that is not something I’ve ever had said to me before, nor would I ever think to say that to someone else. It was so beautiful and I carry that feeling of being adored and unconditionally loved with me every day. It changed my life. I resonate so deeply with Elizabeth. Thx for this conversation ❤
