Well, clearly she worked. In a fraudulent enterprise, that's true, but it's not the case that she "didn't want to work". Her invention failed and she covered up that fact with lies and misrepresentations, and now she's going to jail for those lies and misrepresentations. If she gets a good-behavior credit, she can be out in 9.5 years (minus credit for time already served), but won't be eligible for parole. Try to think about things before you say them.

Ah, good to know. Makes sense. It's pretty hard to nail down memory anyway according to neuroscience. It's so funny that I am always glad for *tips* just in case I'm ever in that situation; and then I ask myself, "why would I ever be in that situation?" ha ha. Accuracy is verified not validated. This inaccurate description alone should have sent qualified experienced people that worked in the medical device industry running away from this company. Validation is done to see that a product works in its intended use cases. The FDA spells all of this out in meticulous detail.
