Girl, you know she knows every single aspect of her company, down to the very last drop.😜 All of this going round and round is her version of pleading the 5th and 'I was responsible for nothing' even though we know that she knows she was responsible for everything. It's interesting to watch her in this deposition, making a fool of herself, when every single person in that room knows she was lying through her teeth.

Thank you for posting this full deposition. Fascinating to watch the CEO, controlling every word she says which is essentially, I don't know and I don't remember and, "sitting here now. " she's not kidding anybody here. Hope she spends her whole 11 year sentence in prison. She's just another low life who didn't want to work. Shaking people down with lie after lie.

Well, clearly she worked. In a fraudulent enterprise, that's true, but it's not the case that she "didn't want to work". Her invention failed and she covered up that fact with lies and misrepresentations, and now she's going to jail for those lies and misrepresentations. If she gets a good-behavior credit, she can be out in 9.5 years (minus credit for time already served), but won't be eligible for parole. Try to think about things before you say them.

1:10:27 "The company has validated all of its tests vs. traditional laboratory ... " Nope. Anyone that worked in this area knows that validation and verification are two entirely different things. Accuracy is verified not validated. This inaccurate description alone should have sent qualified experienced people that worked in the medical device industry running away from this company. Validation is done to see that a product works in its intended use cases. The FDA spells all of this out in meticulous detail.

I don’t understand why this is happining. She’s been accused of a crime, so obviously she has no knowledge about chemistry, human biology, business, medicine or engineering. So what can she tell them without incriminating herself.

So she took credit when it was a “success” ALL OVER THE MEDIA, but now that’s its proven a fraud, it was EVERYONE else who compiled binders, “It wasn’t me” says Holmes. Now. GO TO JAIL.

If she were ACTUALLY, REALLY worth billions, she could have bought a condo in Billionaire’s Row in NYC.

That was her company which was valued whatever they said it was. But personally one might not have any available founds. This had happened to Elon Musk at one time, and he had to sleep on friends sofas as he didn't even owned a house. She's a completely different story as the worth of her company was totally made up. How she expected to get out of this mess is very difficult to envisage. She is a hopeless fantasist, who dreamt of being a billionaire. It wasn't about inventing this machine for testing blood; it was all only about the fame. There must be definitely something wrong with the way her brain is wired, but what's wrong with so many investors who gave her all this money? They were driven by greed . They were expecting quick riches from their investments, therefore they were blinded by their desire of making a lot of money of her business. Oh, I'm sorry for writing so much; I got carried away. 😊

Apparently psychopaths blink three to four times less a minute when compared with neurotypicals.

She’s in the process of inventing the comb. Would you like a binder of the research materials? 😅
