I miss the old actors there were better than the actors of today. They will be greatly miss❤️

Far smarter too. Also most of them didn't feel it necessary to constantly broadcast their political views or tell the viewers we are bad people compared to them because we don't vote like them. This vitue signalling by all the Hollywood elite is getting old very fast. I find myself watching more way old shows so much more now. Hollywood has destroyed itself.

As a small, but important point: it is incorrect to say amen after your own blessing or prayer. Why, because it means you are saying, "me too" to your own words and unless you are a multiple personality it makes zero sense. This is why everyone else hearing your words are the ones who say amen. Technically saying the word amen is not spelled right because it comes from the Hebrew which is oymen. Now, got all that! Go forth and spread the word.

Elizabeth was so incredible. Here you have this stunningly gorgeous woman who carried herself with such dignity and grace and yet was unafraid to put herself in situations where to be quite frank she was going to play the fool There are so many actresses both then and now who would be unwilling to do this afraid that it would damage their appeal as a "sex symbol" or however you want to phrase it. But Liz knew she could pull stuff like this off and it would only endear her more to her audience

Yes, after Paul guest-starred in "Driving Is the Only Way To Fly", Bill Asher (who produced several unsold pilots featuring Paul over the years, until selling "THE PAUL LYNDE SHOW" to ABC in 1972), as the series' "production consultant" in 1965, helped conceive "Uncle Arthur" as a semi-regular role for Lynde the following fall...and filled admirably until 1971.

Liz wanted Paul Lynde to appear as a guest on her "Palace" stint because, of course, they were good friends and worked EXTREMELY well together on her series...some TV commercials were still filmed and shown in black and white in October 1966, as the spots at 7:20 for "Wernet's Dentu-Creme" and "Tegrin" [two popular Block Drug Company products] demonstrates.

She’s quite comedic. Uses her facial expressions and eyes really well. There’s much of that in ‘Bewitched’ but not with such free reign. That series kept her in a narrow box though the addition of cousin Serena gave her wider scope.
