I wouldn't consider the exchange between the minister was actually an affair. It's abuse.
@susanrike747611 ай бұрын
He didn't have an "affair" with his pastor/mentor. That man took advantage of a young James Dean who was very vulnerable AND had lost his beloved mother. That's criminal. Today, that man would be in jail. That said, Dean was a brilliant actor. At least we have 3 iconic films that he starred in. Such a tragic loss.

The Ford driver thought the Porsche was farther down the road due to the low profile, small size, light silver color. Crossing his path without adequate clearance. The lightweight/high-strength body did not have the mass to deflect the much larger Ford Customliner. Dean was at 0 fault, under the speed limit.

James Dean's absent father is the "bad guy" in James' life! Rejecting his son completely after the death of James' mother certainly affected James. All of James' efforts to get back into his father 's life was rejected wholeheartedly and we will never know the extent his father's 2nd wife played in this! Sadly, his father got his son's money after James died!

"Troubled" by his sexuality. Well YES, especially even nearly 70 years after his death people are still making it an issue. Who cares? No one should care what another person does with their crotch. Natalie Wood, who attracted Gay men as did Elizabeth Taylor was smitten, and clingy with Dean during the making of "Rebel Without A Cause" . To shake her, he would arrange for Wood to drop in just as he would be in an intimate relationship with Sal Mineo. Taylor was flat out on stage saying he was gay as was Montgomery Cliff, and Rock Hudson, all 3 of Taylor's friends. This poster always seems to go out of his way to spin stories on alleged Gay men in Hollywood to make them Bi or even Straight. He seems to have a serious problem with it. And, I have a serious problem with him, unsubing!

This is nothing but slanderous defamatory gossip. Dean was an intellectual living in a rural town. His relationship with Deweerd was simply someone to talk to about things other than pig farming. There is no evidence of any sexual encounter, it's all just gossip. He was neither gay nor bi, he had girlfriends, not boyfriends - although some lied about this AFTER his death.
