In her first light up, at 0:07 she does a terrific "Blast". A "Blast" is a term that I made up for the part of the light up when someone lets out a lot of smoke while the cigarette is still in their mouth, and it has a resemblance to a Rocket.blasting off.

Back in the 30s thru the 80s, cigarette companies would advertise in movies. Getting actors and actresses to smoke on screen would get people to start smoking. In the 40s and 50s, it was sold as glamorous to smoke. Movie stars would be the pitch person's for a brand of cigarettes.
