I'm thrilled to get into the outdoor pool at the resort where I swim...a cold, but invigorating, relaxing, and wonderful time! (At least the air and sun were nice and warm.)

Wow! Great day! Try doing laps walking in the pool. Water gives good resistance & work toward going to the most shallow part of the pool for the least support. You are doing so great at knowing your body & what is safe. You are such an inspiration. Bill you are also a wonderful inspiration too, being there as Elizabeth needs you, but letting her do more & more as she is able. The love you two have shines through Christ. Thank you for sharing. I have only been swimming 3 times, so far. It is great exercise. Praying that you make a full recovery. God bless you both.

WoW - wish we were having weather like yours. Here in South Alabama, we have already been over 100 with the heat index. The heat bothers me more with each passing year. Some days I just can't seem to get cool enough to be comfortable. Absolutely can not afford to cool my entire home (a huge two-story built in 1919) so I just keep one room cool and hang out there as much as possible. I do not need this huge house as I live alone with a little dog to keep me company (she doesn't take up much space) but it is filled with so many things that I want to save for my children and grandchildren. I can relate to what you went through with your downsizing. If the family would take things now, I would easily and gladly part with all of this " Stuff". However, they are not in a position to take it just yet. You know what I mean, I'm sure. Be blessed.
