My friend Kelly loss her 10 yr old daughter Cass 3 weeks ago. Cass was born looking like any other healthy baby girl, but was later diagnosed with a debilitating disease that would greatly shorten her life. But her momma loved her in spite of the challenges that lay ahead. She watched as her daughter loss her ability to walk, talk, eat... but through all the medical testing, and setbacks Cass always had a smile that instantly brought joy to whoever saw it. For 10 yrs Cass was her mom's whole world. I know that Cass is in a better place, where she's free of all illness and can be the child she was meant to be. But her momma is in so much pain, and words just seem hallow. I know this is a process she has to go through, but some prayers for peace, comfort, and strength to restore her faith during these difficult days would be much appreciated. Thank you.
