Thank you so much! Finally stretch session for shoulder and upper back flex without having to lean on my knees. Great detailed and clear explanation, that helps so much. I am so happy❣

So happy to hear that this was helpful for you. I 100% feel you on appreciating stretching that does require pressure on the knees, having had a knee reconstruction myself. If you haven't already, I'd recommend you check out my online flex program for more great stretching tutorials and stretch alongs. More info on it here: elizabethbfit.com/flexibility-training/

Thank you, this is exactly what I need for my tight upper back and shoulders. Do you recommend doing these exercises as part of the pole warm up or at the end of the training session? Thanks!
@Elizabeth_BFit5 жыл бұрын
Isabel these work great as either a warm up or at the end of the training session. I prefer putting them in the warm up because it's a great way to get all the shoulder muscles firing efficiently for both increased range of motion and injury prevention.
