This is the best tutorial I've seen. I just started lessons and my shoulders are killing me

Thank you for that feedback Nicole. Much appreciated. Pole and aerial definitely takes a toll on the shoulders so taking the time to stretch and strengthen the shoulders is essential to shoulder health and longevity in your pole/aerial years 😊

Not entirely sure what you mean by that? There are a lot of muscles involved in the shoulder mount.
