Based on your review, I ordered the E12 Ultra earbuds to work with my Apple Watch 5 and iPhone 11 Pro Max. When you get the right combo of ear tips, the sound is awesome. I was listening to a shuffled playlist on Apple Music with a rock eq streaming - at a robust volume - through my watch while I was out for a walk. The quality was good, but when a song by The Beach Boys came on (In My Room), I stopped walking and closed my eyes. The spatial feel of the vocals was incredible. The call quality from the built in mics in the Ultra are better if you ask me. I've been using the standard E12 and sometimes when using it for phone calls, the person on the other side says that they can barely hear me.

You know I'm a huge fan of the Sabbat E12"s and with all the upgrades on the Ultra's I'm excited. One thing that is a massive improvement is the call quality indoor and out, and to be honest I have never had an issue with the call quality on the E12's, so super excited from that point of view, from your testing and what I can hear it's even better on the Ultra's. As I said earlier, I bought these after your review, which convinced me to upgrade from the basic E12's. They came yesterday. All I can say is they are in another league compared to the basic E12's! Bass is more tight (less bleed to the mids), there are now good mids and on top of all they improved a lot on clarity, which was a thing that annoyed me in the basic model. The Ultra model is just on another level compared to the basic model and I'm sooo happy I did the upgrade. Thanks for this great review and keep up the good work :)

I used them for first time yesterday for 3hrs and didn't get any fatigue listening...Funny thing is I ordered e12 but they sent me email that they were upgrading me to the ultra...I didn't notice that heavy bass you mentioned but to me sound is balanced perfectly...All in all I'm happy I ordered these Earbuds..

Tanny N very welcome! These sit very flat in my ears. But I highly discourage sleeping with batteries in your ears. I don’t do it for safety reasons. I would recommend using wired earbuds instead.

Haven’t had any issues with the codec on my iPhone. No lag, connection issues only happened if there is another pair of earbuds active, and from what I’ve read there is AAC still available. Great review El Jefe! 🖖🏾👽

My wife sells these in her shop in New Zealand and I have a set, they are fantastic, I am so impressed by them. I have the Ultra and she has the standard E12, we both love them. I use them for mowing the lawn, and on the ride-on mower with a cold one. The thing I like is that if I use Over the Ear Earphones which I used to prefer I can't hear music mowing the lawns as there is no hearing protection. If I wear Ear Muffs/Hearing Protection over "wired buds" the wires pull the buds out of my ears when the Ear Muffs move on them. The ultimate way to protect your hearing and hear beautiful sound is to wear my Sabbat E12 Ultra Earbuds under the Ear Muffs, I get protection, less outside noise and my Sabbat Earbuds stay put in my ears under the Ear Muffs. They don't move at all and sound great. I make sure I set the maximum safe volume them start the mower and put my Muffs over them, then I never increase the volume and never need to anyway. So great sound while in a very noisy environment is totally possible with hearing protection as well. The best method of achieving great sounding music while mowing the lawn, or in North America, "Cutting the Grass"! Great review, thanks!

1. I get some fatigue at about 90 minutes. But that's due to the shape of my outer ear. 2. The bass is strong. Might bleed a bit into the midrange with certain tracks. They still sound very good though.

Thank you. They do not require it but I did the burn-in with the 1more app as well. Unfortunately you can only do 6-7 hours at a time to battery restrictions. I only did it twice for total 10 hours. Then an additional 10-15 of mixed listening for testing.

Thanks for the video, I have the Sabbat E12 and the Sabbat E12 Ultra. The bluetooth connection on the E12 is better than on the E12 Ultra. The sound of both is great. And I like the real buttons better than touch. Touch tends to do random things when you wearing a hat that covers your ears. The only reason I do not use the Sabbats anymore is: The silicon earbuds slide off when you take the Sabbats out of your ears. This is because the construction does not hold the silicon earbuds in place very well.

Great! I really lucked out. How so? Ordered the E12's and got the Ultra's. Why did that happen? Well, I'm in the 3rd world. I can't get anything from Amazon due to shipping restrictions, so I use a different company. Many of their sellers are located in China. The e12 Ultra didn't lose any bass. They still hit hard and deep. The improvements are in the mid-range.

Great review new to your channel. Looking for replacement pair for stolen ones. Main thing looking for is call quality. When not on the phone listen to podcast and audio books. Music wise it’s classic rock is the main one. So bass centric not big priority. Currently have the list down to Sabbat 12 Ultra, Sound Core Liberty 2, Lypertek Tivas and 1More. Since call quality is. If what are your thoughts. Also is there something else that I may need to look at.

Great video and nice concise review which help me pick the e12 ultras. But trying them over the past few days made me notice a hissing or white noise sound when audio is being played back. Happens even when muting the audio. As Long there is audio transmission to the e12 there is this hissing sounds (wondering if it’s something called noise floor)

Drop has them for 55.00 for the next two days-ish. Still not quite ready to jump on the true wireless bus yet, hell I don't even have a phone anymore. Half of these things come with an app to make them work right, and I only use my DAP's to listen to music. That said, enjoy the videos, keep them coming.

This does not mean however they don't check out other reviews for confirmation or simply out of interest. Taking your time to evaluate means often you can make a better assessment because you begin to see things you may not have noticed upon your initial review. I have noticed Gamesky has put out notices for an upcoming review. A good idea because a person can be aware of it and keep an eye out for it if they have have an interest in the product. It also allows him time to complete his review.

The e12 ultra is louder for sure. The 2 are pretty well matched. I feel the tuning is slightly better on the Outlier Air. That said, the e12 gives you better overall value.

Is the red one more bassier? 2) My volume control won't work in my Huawei Mate 20. 1. Color makes no difference. Only difference is whether it is e12 or e12 ultra. 2. Volume control does not show on the phone. Only in the earbud on android phones. Adjust with music playing so you can hear the difference.

Nope. Those things had terrible sound quality due to open ear design. I returned those within 24 hours.
