@@ramal711 I've had the 1more Comfo buds pro for 2 years, soundcore liberty 3 pro for 2 years and these (QCY MeloBuds Pro) for 3 months now. I prefer the QCY overall. The soundcore L3P has great sound but is bulky and it hurts my ears after a while (like 1 hour). Also, mine was finicky and needed multiple readjustments in the charging case for it to start charging. My last issue with the L3P was that the charge (battery life) was not great after 2 years of use. The QCY are comfortable, feel like the battery holds their charges. And sound quality, even if not to the L3P level, it's still really good (after EQ). I stopped using the other two and only use the QCY MeloBuds Pro now.

SoundPeats have good sound quality but are larger in the ear. The QCY have really good sound quality and fit better in the ear, and I've always had AirPods, but these are worth the price!!

Denon Perl Pro OnePlus Buds Pro 2 Nothing Ear (2024) All 3 are above 120db max volume with good source audio. If these aren't loud enough, you might have to opt for wired IEMs where you can use a portable DAC to amplify volume.

I have these, side sleeping is doable for me, similar to sleeping with air pods pro. There’s a slight angle at the top of the stem but wasn’t too noticeable to me. There’s a sleep mode too which basically just disables the touch controls.

Another good review in the books. Question, how do these get to your top 5 under $100? I find that most top 5/10 under $50/100/200 tend to only consider msrp. new Galaxy Buds FE can be had for $60 on eBay and OnePlus Buds 3 for $85.

I think you got to go with MSRP because every earbud gets discounted in time. Just like every phone gets discounted in time. $75 earbuds will be $40 eventually and $150 earbuds will be $75 eventually and so on. Msrp is the only fair rate because it's set by the manufacturer and it's not subject to any variables. If creators have to keep up with the varying prices you run into issues where might not notice all of the discounts since there are infinite retailers. So if you start counting Galaxy buds that MSRP for 150 but are on discount for 90... There will be dozens of other retailers that can make the same claim. Msrp is the only fair way to go about it. Consumers use their own deductive skills to figure out that these earbuds will drop in time and that the older they are the less expensive they will be.

@@michaelcorcoran8768 I feel you but they need to be a middle ground. Like you said, a $75 buds will go down to $50 eventually and $150 will dip to under $100. Some times manufacture have short promotion discount. Other time they dril the price but market it as a discount, think about stuff that be sitting at 20-40% at all times. The "discounted" but in reality they are no longer worth their msrp. I don't want reviewer doing tons of research for each video, that too much. I didnt ake that clear in my first comment and that's my fault. But I would like some addition info with respect to the upper and lower price tier. Because a $150 bud that came outaybe 1.5 years ago might not be up to snuff with a new bud today at $150. But it's discount price of $100 maybe much better than some new ear buds releasing around $100 price tag. You feel me?

@@ELJefeReviews Most welcome :) I've been listening for a while adjusting, testing with pink noise too to test if that sounds smooth and natural on them. I most want sound the be natural and close to reference myself and thanks to EQ you can adjust these to your taste. I did find that trying to eliminate peaks in the frequency response opens up the sound more. It's never completely perfect, for that you would need parametric EQ with Q factor control too. Also our ears are different and how earbuds fit and how we perceive sound. Thank you for putting these to attention. I do think they are a great value. I did find the eartips can rip a bit easy unfortunately. With the stock tips they do sound the most spacious to me. I tried Spinfits and different tips too. I do have a collection of eartips :)

Edit: The AZLA eartips do sound more immersive even and I do like the sound with those. I have made these eartips a bit more flexible with stretching and using warm water. I do notice these earbuds do change ANC modes automatically. When im indoors it tends to favor indoor ANC and Im sure that way some battery life is saved too. I notice a slight bit of EQ shift (am a critical listener - so nitpicking and nothing compared to other brands), mostly in the mids with changing ANC modes. With adaptive it sounds the most immersive to me. Indoor still very nice and smooth, but perhaps a little too much mids then making it sound just every so slightly hollow.
