Great advice! Second year bow hunting and it’s been frustrating at times but finally got into elk this year just couldn’t get a clean shot off. They are tough and savvy animals!

Thanks guys. Love the vids! I hope you get something. I hunted 15 days straight in CO, unit 12, 23 and 24 and saw and heard NOTHING! I did fill my deer tag, but no elk. I covered land from 9000' to 10,100' ....lots of sign --- my suspicion is they were nocturnal cuz it was waaay too warm, but the fresh sign I saw was one or two elk, no heard. I have to say, I was completely shocked and I'm not a notice elk hunter, but you are right "the elk are where find them"... good luck and God bless you and your family!

HEY COACH!!! Yea this year for us was so so different than any of the 29 years that dad and I have hunted together. I was in them a little but never in the game if that makes sense??? I’m glad you got to spend some time in the high country

I know I will find out in the later videos, but did you figure out what caused the elk to leave your area.? Looking forward to the next video.
