Hell, back in the day like 30+ years ago a camper shell cover was all there was unless you custom made something. Then came along cab over slide in campers. I made my own and reduced the weight by a couple hundred pounds. Was super sweet when it got bad cold or rained. Had a tarp system off the back for a little kitchen place. If it was too bad just cooked inside.

Glad I’m not the only one who’s truck camping setup looks like a complete mess on day 2. It’s usually snowing, blowing or raining so that make it allot more difficult.

How do you keep the big stuff in your bed secure? Your build looks awesome im just worried about stuff getting stolen after previous experience... Also, what impact to your payload does this build have? I only got 1680 on my F150
