A POD CAST SO GREAT YOU CAN DANCE TO...... My wife came outside while I was grilling and listening to the podcast on KZbin, she gave me a hug and started to slow dance with me. That was weird! When I mentioned she was dancing to Randy Newburg, she stopped, called me a dork and went back inside. Love the videos, thanks for sharing.

I really appreciate the hour long talk about camping and how you both approach it for the kind of hunting you do, with Corey pretty much all archery early season and you more post rut & late season rifle with the occasional early season archery hunt. Also about hunting in grizzly and bear country in general. I live in West Virginia and the middle to southern part of the state that is more into the mountains is black bear country, even though there are some up here, sold quite a few bear damage stamps this season. I went camping down in the mountains and even though it was at a set up campground, that first night it was tough to sleep with seeing shadows and hearing things, but I calmed down. My Army bro was planning on a base camp a few miles in then having a backpacking tent ready and hike even more miles away from where most people would be. Speaking of he said he may try and apply for Idaho since the application date is after he gets back from overseas in late May. Thanks again guys for an informative and funny podcast, always a joy to listen and I do learn something each time even if your intro says that I probably won't.

Any thoughts on using a roof top tent to be able to be mobile and move to different trail heads and "claim" a spot?

Good stuff as usual. Cept those pesky NM references...LOL One comment on rut times. Just wondering how little or no spring or early summer greenup affects cows lactating ? Seems like I have been seeing more spread out calving the last few years due to drought/spring conditions.
@Fresh_Tracks6 жыл бұрын
It can make it harder for them to lactate and can also cause them to miss their first cycle in September of they do not recover quick enough.

If you want to interview a wildlife biologist why don't you talk to Chris Roe?
