had to take my lifts off my 11 irs 420 cause my elkas wouldnt fit with eather lift but i was to adjust the prload up to 2 inches so i didnt lose no gc

Jody Severio for what bike did your Elkas come designed for. They don’t make shocks for the 420s for some reason. At least I can find any.

Elkas are amazing shocks. Ran the stage 4s when a race. They are notorious for coming soft when you first buy them, but they can give you a bunch of information about setting them off if you call them

Elka worth the money!! Have stage 4 on my 2016 Grizzly 700. It flys through the woods. Best investment over spending money on go fast parts.

Hey @Mud Puppy can you do a update video or another video explaining the advantage of these shocks and how they work. I’m looking for some of these Ella shocks for my Foreman 500 because I’d like to have something more adjustable and be able to trail ride better and be stiffer when coming out of a wheelie. My stock shocks bottom out hard with them at the softest setting.

In an email Elka’s wouldn’t say if shocks fit on a 420 IRS, they said haven’t tried it. The 500 looks very similar, I think even part numbers are the same for stock shocks. Having them would you get another set and do they look like they would fit a 420 IRS?

Hey MudPuppy, just found your channel mot sure if you made a video or not on this. Have my eye on a used 16 rubicon online but it has auto. Any good for mud? Only heard bad bout them but like an honest opinion from you. I got an 04 450s foreman love how i can choose what gear im in just curious on your thoughts. Thanks!

Picked up a 06 Honda foreman 500 foot shift like new 1150 miles on it. What kind of shocks would you recommend to replace the worn out stock ones that won’t break the bank. Was thinking about the rubicon shocks I see they are adjustable mine arnt! But ima sure there has to be better options than that!!
