This song is amazing. I just finished listening to it for the first time and I must say I'm completely blown away. I thought "Ghost" was great, but "Yours" is so much more. I don't know about anyone else, but I get melancholy a lot by ballad, so this song really speaks to me. Even only the music, without the lyric, gripped me so tightly that I can't help but to just listen in awe. Another song well done, Ella. I hope everyone get the chance to know how talented you are.

There is something about their eyes, composure & attitude that give off a truly special quality that says, _I'm just being myself, focussing on something inside of me, and what you see is just an extension of that_. The opposite is when you see an artist efforting or in a studio _pseudo dancing_ to almost to make up for something. She shows a lot of emotion in her music, especially her audition on x factor moved me and a lot of people, that shows yes this is for who i am as a person, even more so on her cher believe version made a change to it. I saw all her new music clips and have also her new album chapter one. For me and many people it shows how a singer should really be, loving their work and what they can make out of it, as well as giving their self in expression of their feelings, thus it reveals their true nature. Not like today's singers almost all have the same commercial goal of making money, selling just for the sake of it and not a feeling or emotion in their songs. That's of what we know is the works of the music industry today. This is why we need sometimes to hear a natural singer with true expressions. I'll look the video up! Thanks! :-)

Nicholas Kyriakides Did you see the part when she was asked (in the recent live ustream?) how many songs she had to choose from for the album, she said 40-50. So much different than saying I had 10, I needed 12, so I had to think fast and go find a few more. I wonder what Ella is _playing_? Interesting fact: This song holds such a special place in my heart. The first time that I ever heard it was when it aired on The Vampire Diaries when Caroline and Stefan got together. It was also the moment that my boyfriend and I got together. When I first heard this song was when my girlfriend at the time told me she was pregnant. I remember looking up at the sky at night, seeing the stars and seeing the moon. I was thinking about the child that was destined to be born and this song was me and my unborn child's song. I felt such an attachment to this child, to my existence that it was painful. When she says "I wear your winder coat the one you love to wear," I imagine my kid wearing it as they get older. To this day it brings tears to my eyes to think about what could have been, what should have been. I have never loved something so much in my life. And I never met that child. The pain and attachment to my existence was never so strong.

How can anybody dislike this? Why would anybody dislike this!? This song is amazing, Ella is an amazing singer, and a beautiful girl. On top of that, she's such a nice person and really down to earth. Since I discovered her on the X Factor, I waited a bit for her to create an album, and as soon as I heard Ghost, it was not even a full song, a snippet, I knew that she would do great. And she'll continue to do great, being just 18 and as amazing as she is already, the album is fantastic, I'm so glad that she has so much success already, I just want her to stay as she is right now, and keep doing her thing, it's amazing.
