I think it’s good chris said the ex thing, cause if he didn’t say anything and told Becca later, she would have been mad at him for not speaking up sooner and letting her fall for a guy who might not be there for the right reason. Also Chris didn’t even tell Becca first, he went to chase to let him know what his ex of “a month/2 weeks/on and off” was saying. This avoids the whole Demario situation from last year, if the ex decided to show up in the season.
