For a 5 day work week in an office I realistically require at least about 4 bottoms and at least 8-10 tops plus layering pieces as freezing in winter and require time for washing. Love all the outfits ideas you can create and changing out with accessories 😀

Oh, thank you so much!!! I hope you're right, because it took me so much time to produce this video, including filming 32 outfits. And you are absolutely right about typically seeing more tops than bottoms in other videos. While working on this capsule, it felt right to balance the number of top and bottom pieces because they are so versatile, and I just didn't want to exclude any bottoms. Including new tops didn't seem necessary either because I wanted to keep the number of pieces as small as possible. So sometimes, it's okay to break the rules if you know why you're doing it! I love that you have 4 tops + 4 bottoms. Most common 'capsule' advice is to have 2-3 tops per each bottom (PLUS third layers such as cardigans/blazers) which to me is too much. To me, the bottom makes an outfit (mostly for my mood, doesn't matter if it's not seen through the camera), so I love having options (at least two trouser silouettes and two skirt of different lengths), and if I have to add 8-12 tops and 3-4 layering pieces to match all of the above, it becomes a mess rather than a capsule. I also love that you have very few prints (not my cup of tea either, but I feel like I have to add prints not to be boring). One thought is that, to me, the scarves are almost identital, I'd probably switch one for another print or different shape/material.
