Your Mr. is so right. We live on a goat farm. 10 acres & the junk we have, would be very hard for me to part with. Every single piece of junk we have accumulated has a plan. Imagination is always seeing a new way to being a piece of junk in a new way. My favorite thing to do the unexpected in a unique way! And hubby is very resourceful as well. You are such a artist. My skills are not so great in art. Just painting & fixing up old pieces..

What a wonderful share.......The framework you built for the nest is so perfect and I love how you raided your neighbors yard for twigs......Living in the south, there are times I truly miss some of my northern memories. The blooming of spring bulbs are at the top of that list. The once empty wall is now adorned with true treasures. Thank you for this new format.....it 's more than works, it's truly inspiring.

Oh my goodness you sure picked some gorgeous goodies. I love picking junk, old wood, just nothing like it. On my way to work, i saw a beautiful Queen Anne chair set out by the roadside. My cars too small so I ran in the office and screamed for my sister. Grab your keys we have to go. Then the dreaded traffic. Im like people you have to move. We want that chair. We get to the house and the trash truck was crushing the chair. You could the cover lower on the truck and goodbye chair. We went back to work. I found an antique rocker the other day. I was racing to the post office to be certain all of our final 1099's were postmarked. I spotted a beautiful rocker out for the trash truck. 1099s made it on time, and fortunately I made it back to the rocker. One of the rockers had popped off which was an easy fix. My sister loves the chair. I love all the architectural salvage you showed us. Such beautiful old pieces that could tell a story. Theyre old, chipped cracked and well loved. Such unique things that make my heart sing. I hate having the very same thing as everyone else. ❤❤❤❤Thanks for taking us too.

Thank you for sharing your adventures, they made me smile. What you can do if you see something that does not fit is just move it up towards the house to keep it safe while you rush to get a bigger vehicle. I know sometimes you cannot if it is heavy but it is worth a shot.

I miss junkin'! My Hubby and I would go to 4 or 5 places that are a few hours away from home, but with the price of gas here in Ontario, we'd spend our 'spending ' money on gas and not have much left for the good stuff! Loved this video! (Per usual for all your videos) Your finds were spectacular and I was truly drooling over all that iron stone. I had to giggle when you had found the piece you have created and it was discounted. And said you didn’t know if you should be offended. 🤭 I have had that happen not just once but several times and I think I have my own ideas/opinions for why it does happen.
