I am not sure how AtS would work. Since ItA and FtC are the most important and the endings you got all comes back with CtM. While AtS would be unimportant. What if she became the leader? That would be completely unimportant because she would meet Henry and leave all of her bonds with her organization. That would just be a case of bad story-telling because an important part of the story is just completly ignored.

Charles is more of a concrete character in the series, part of the Government which is an established faction we can join, just like Reginald is in the Toppat Clan which is a different established faction to possibly join. No characters in the separate established factions are shown to possess the abilities Henry and Ellie have.

Something I really like about Ellie is that they didn't try and force anything romantic between her and Henry. It subverted my expectations, as I assumed that they would end up with some sort of interaction(s) that would indicate them as becoming closer than friends. While I do really enjoy romantic subplots at times in games and media, I'm almost glad that they didn't try and force anything between them last minute. This is why I love this series so much.

Now you've got me thinking. There is another character, one who can seemingly pull impossible things out of thin air one, and is capable of preforming a combination attack with Henry. The one, the only, the Right Hand Man. "But all his stuff is just because he's a cyborg!" I hear you protest. I will let the Right Hand Man himself answer this one: "You fool! Did you really think my Spirit was a result of my augmentations?" Yes, you could say most of the stuff he pulled when he was a cyborg were tied to his augmentations, but the same could be said for Henry when _he_ was turned into a cyborg, couldn't it?

He also manages to pull a verity of items out of nowhere when you fight him in ItA. They’re admittedly still mostly things he would likely be in possession of, but if still doesn’t explain how he suddenly gets a minigun or summons a mirror. You could argue that it’s Henry’s choices that influence the abilities of those around him, such as how both the fusion dance and earthbend lead to him fighting someone with similar skills, but at the same time those characters still have explanations of their abilities in their bios, which RHM doesn’t. It’s also interesting that while Henry fights several opponents in the style of other games, (Mr Macbeth with Undertale, Night guards Tim and Joe with Pokemon, the Advanced Wars/Fire Emblem section of FtC etc.), these characters always use the weapons that they were seen to have before hand, whereas RHM doesn’t

Also the good thing about the Among Us crewmates is that their colors is clearly visible which wouldn't be the case with stick figures so it wouldn't work to replace the Among Us characters by stick figures.

As a Henry Stickmin fan, I actually have my own backstory: So, Ellie had a family, but something was torn apart with her parents, and her dad was a criminal, while her mom was just a housewife. She found out that Ellie’s dad was a criminal, she divorced him, and at this time, she were probably in her teens or mid-adults. So, Ellie found out, and then she started to have irregular opinions about him, whether or not he was good or not, then she started to go to college, then she dropped out to live with her mom after her dad moved out of the house, but after an argument with her mom she decided to be a criminal, then thats where her story is parallel to Henry’s now. Then, after the Infiltration of the Airship, the 4th episode which will be Ellie’s, is now sent to the Wall and that’s how she met up with Henry. This might be not an exact opinion, but I talked about her and her family and how she turned into a criminal. Edit: Jacob is not related to Ellie as of 1/8/20 in one of PuffBall’s live stream’s, so I’m editing the comment

Like Ellie is the black sheep [a criminal girl that relies only on herself than her own family and goes on her criminal spree] and Jacob is the nice cheering guy [cares for his family deeply, respects the laws and justice with pretty much how he got the work as a security guard]. I think Jacob doesn't talk about Eliie because they might consider him as an accomplice. But he still thinks of his sister, his OLD sister he used to love.

Fun fact : Ellie Rose's story started from when got captured in the wall at FtC, but why tho? Edit : Wait, I know now. Most of the characters in the wall has the same backstory as Henry. So, like Ellie break into the Bank, Escaping from the Cell, Steal a Ruby, Infiltrate the Aiship, Fleeing the Complex with Henry. The explanations why do I say Ellie steal a Ruby, I think because she's working with the Toppats but they left her out and they forgotten her because of how long Ellie was locked up in the wall. Meanwhile, while she was in the wall, Henry came in. But I think when Ellie breaking in the bank, she got caught up in the same prison like Henry's. Wait, does that mean she's working with the CCC or she was helped by them before or working with them to escape the prison. But kinda think of if, some path that I see is that Ellie kinda know the name of a Toppat Clan, so doesn't that mean Ellie was working with them or she's working with the Government (but Charles wasn't there before because he just met Ellie in CtM) but she refuses to join the Government instead of joining with the Toppats. So if Ellie's Collection was existed it would started from Breaking the Bank, Escaping the Prison, Infiltrating the Airship, Stealing the Ruby or Emerald, Locked up at the Wall, Met Henry and escape together, and Completing the Mission with Henry. Edit again : So, the Toppat members has some backstory as Henry right? In my conclusion, that most of the characters as the Toppats members was just like a guy like Henry but when they helped the Government they join the Toppats.

I don’t know, I’m trying to have a theory about what is Jacob Rose’s significance. Maybe, meanwhile Ellie stole the emerald, Henry stole the diamond and Jacob knew that his sister (or his cousin) was a thief, and was on the museum, waiting for her so he could stop her, but he didn’t knew what she was going to steal. He assumed she’ll steal the diamond but she didn’t. Henry did. (I’ll add more to this theory soon)

my Ellie's Story headcanon: I'll call her equavelent to BTB a small heist or something, a little crime that gets her put in a small prison. She escapes the prison like Henry does. Then comes Attacking the Museum. Ellie is told by her cousin Jacob Rose to attack an enemy museum, with the Emerald in it. Basically she steals the Emerald and bankrupts the museum. Let's assume that Ellie lives in Germany. The German biker gang mentioned in the video steals Ellie's emerald. Ellie then has to either infiltrate or join them to get her emerald back. Before The Wall The bikers are found out by the government and they either rat out Ellie or betray her. Because of this, only one gang member is captured because of their help. Ellie and the gang member are transferred to The Wall (in whatever country Henry lives in) and Ellie is marked as highly dangerous and lucky so she is put in a cell with Henry.

I still remember playing the first flash game of puffballs of "blowing up bank" where i first time saw the options and had a lot of fun. Never in a million years i thought there will be a full on dedicated series and an actual last game that wraps up everything that has led up to that point. Also, i still remember replaying "fleeing the complex" and every single other game puffballs had, like a madman. Until i got bored and was busy with life and forgot all about them. But hey, they released the game and slapped me in the face with nostalgia and here i am after a full "completing the mission" henry stickmin collection game, and i am proud they actually stuck with it and even improved it.

This may contradict your theory a little bit, but instead of taking down the German biker gang, Ellie was actually a member, and here's why I think that Notice Ellie's personality state in both FtC and CtM, I noticed how different they are, in CtM, she's the fierce and confident partner of Henry that we all know and love, but in FtC, she's sad, timid, and closed to herself, anything but fierce and confident, she even talks less in that episode, compared to any of the post CA routes in CtM, so here's my theory. Ellie still went through similar stuff that Henry went through, but instead of being kidnapped by the government to take down the biker gang, she actually joins them while she was on the run, to at least get some protection, she creates a bond with the members during the few months she spends with the gang, but during a heist in some place in canada, they get caught red handed(pun not intended), and the leader of the gang leaves Ellie behind to deal with the police, ultimately betraying her, she gets caught, and sent to the wall, roughly around the same time Henry gets taken too. That's why she's sad the first moment we see her, she didn't expect such a harsh betrayal from someone she considered a friend. But luckily, she just happened to run into Henry, who she helps, surprisingly, and helps her escape too, and maybe the reason she doesn't go after punkhauser, is because her conflict with the leader, not the members, so she just ignores him. The moment Henry helps her escape in return, is when she finally finds that one person she can trust, a loyal and faithful partner if you will, both Henry and Ellie actually help and save each other twice in convict allies, both in the vent, later Henry saves Ellie(kinda) from Grigori, and then Ellie saves Henry from Dmitri, because she doesn't want to lose that loyal friend she makes, so they escape together, either moving onto taking down the toppats, or joining them, or robbing them, or helping them. And maybe taking down the leader of that biker gang in some near future, either getting the members to be pardoned, or become toppats themselves. This also makes sense when Henry instead bails on Ellie in GI, she gets mad that she gets betrayed and abandoned twice, by two people she helped, so she just realized that she doesn't need anyone and instead breaks out on her own. She probably struggled to track down Henry when he either helped the government (because he was under their protection and so of course would be laying low)or was on the run, so she only found him when he was the leader of the toppats considering the clan's reputation. This might actually make sense
