He can come off as a dickhead or unfeeling because of his dry sense of humor and monotone speaking voice, but he’s actually quite thoughtful and socially aware of the community he works with. He’s just always busy and or thinking about the next thing with Neuro. If he’s not pushing for a collab, Ellie has to be more assertive about it if she wants it, especially if she secures the dog. Cerber had like a 1-month turn-around from raid to collab.
