So helpful! It's like you read my mind. I just got a serger and could not find an easy way to hide them. Yay, zigzag to the rescue!

So much prettier than what I do! I wasn’t sure what to do with my tails so I just cut them off and melt the ends with a lighter lol

With as long as sergers have been around, you’d think they would have come up with a type of lock stitch so we did not have to deal with these. Sewers everywhere would pay good money for a machine with that functionality.

Sometimes I'll separate the tail and tie a square knot to lock them in.

Prym mending needle to burry theads is the best. It is not actually a needle but tiny latched hook. Watch demo on youtube.
