Instead of painting the iris. Simply use a pair of colored Contaclenses, and simply draw in the black point :)

That would be unnecessary, because contact lenses can be very expensive. The easiest thing to do would be to print out a picture of your eye.

+Mike Alswager I just use the cheapest kind of clay I can find in craft stores och toy stores. It doesn't have to be a special kind, as long as you can mold with it and you don't have to let it harden in a oven or anyting :)

So glad I wear contact lenses now! Halloween used to be so annoying bc I would want to wear a mask or something and it would just make my breath steam them up. Only thing is I don't know where to get colour and vision correcting lenses, but oh well! I have nice green eyes anyway. I freaked this guy out trick or treating last year. He was complaining bc no had any tricks so I said "I do! I'll touch my eyeball right in the middle!" And touched my contact lens. I'll never forget how scared he was 😂😂😂

oil clay is really good for this because it doesn't dry

It peeled off. Like they said before, oil clay works well to mold, because it doesn't dry (powder before and while peeling in order to decrease the chance of ripping). Just latex also makes a lighter prosthetic overall.

They don't use oil clay in this particular one because they need it to dry, but you're right in that it is great for molding prosthetics using liquid latex
