Have heard parts of this before, always great to hear it again! I know this interview is from a little earier, but I have to declare "Approximately Infinite Universe" to be one of the great unsung rock and roll albums of the 70s. Whether or not it was her own instincts, or stuff she picked up from John (and the other Beatles), by that album her songwriting chops were strong. "What A Bastard The World Is", "Catman", and especially "Death Of Samantha", those are three great ones. I wonder if Yoko has ever heard the band Deerhoof. I know they love her!

Bless you Elliot. Unlike far to many so called fans, I Love Yoko and for what she stands for. We have written each other. I wish the both of you the best. Tell her hi when you see her again. She has been to hell and back and yet came out as a very strong person. People find her a threat because she dares to ask questions and shake up the Status Quo

Elliott, I remember meeting you many times throughout our lives primarily in the Bay area when I was working with different artists such as Herbie Hancock, at UC Berkeley concerts as a strong arm security guard with Billl Graham Presents. I saw you at the Hollywood Bowl and again at the Tonight Show with Jay Leno with Shawn Colvin. We never really got to talk much, but always remembered one another. Good energies. An intuitive healer, I have worked with all those in Kennedy's think tank, eventually working with them as digital and wireless technologies were created, working with them as owners/founders of their companies and their proteges, the latest, Henry Samueli. I've thought of you over the years, as I know it was significant to meet you so often. Listening to this interview with Yoko (with whom I have been confused on numerous occasions), I understand.
