Great front door! Love the diamond window in the downstairs bathroom. It seems a double garage would be more practical. Love the bifold doors to the garden. I would definitely do the conservatory option. Unlike here in America, I love how the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and bin are integrated into the cabinets. Utility room is very nice. I like the light in the mirror in the upstairs bath. Impressive master bedroom, interesting headboard. Great job guys! 🌟👏

Interesting to see this new layout. My one doesn't have the coat cupboard which is a shame but having seen the bedrooms upstairs I think I prefer my layout with bathroom to one side rather than middle. Thanks for the tour

I love the table in the kitchen, very farmhouse. I prefer the separate washer- dryers. Plenty of cupboard space and like the two tones. Very nice sized property and well laid out.

Looks to be a spacious house rare with new builds unless you pay over 500k. We bought a 1935 detached sometime ago with the bonus of some extra land and woods. Always upgrading . The best, two sets of bifold doors, the worst the same had to be refitted when they were installed wrong and fell off their tracks. Have subscribed after watching a number of your videos one thing, stop calling sockets, plugs very confusing. Love to Maureen.

There’s no way I would pay £595k for the Cambridge 4 bed when you can get the Oxford 4 bed with an integrated garage and bigger living room for ££465k. That’s £130k difference.
