I’m not too keen on the entrance, very narrow! The staircase does make up for it though and the blue feature wall! Lovely bay window! Very nice kitchen space. I would use the dining space as a living area, instead of the table, it depends on your family situation 😁 The view to the garden is very nice 🌿🍄🌸🌺 Yes, a house with fewer upgrades to get a sense of what you are actually starting with. No utility room ☹️ I love that every room has a bath! As always, great job guys!

Such a lovely three bedroom home. Love the en-suits in each room. And the bedrooms are all a decent size. Although I like the kitchen ( loads of cupboard space) I would love a farmhouse table n chairs in the middle-ish and a lounge area.

Really nice house, the three bedrooms are a boom en suite makes them private for when guests come. Beautiful sitting room and those doors worth every penny. The kitchen very well planned add a sun room and its perfect.

Lovely house but a shame there's no utility room. Can I just say how great you are at showing these homes, you show us every nook and cranny and inject personality and fun into the tour, unlike most other accounts who sweep through the property without any close up detail! Looking forward to the next tour❤ I would love to see some bungalows too!

I enjoy watching Eliot and Matt's model home tours. In someways , British and American homes are very similar and of course, there are differences. For instance a difference would be medicine cabinets in the bathrooms, in the US, they are typically standard as are built in closets in bedrooms. Where as I've learned by watching the videos that medicine cabinets can be upgrades in British homes. The only type of medicine cabinets that would be upgrades in American homes would be the kind that are LED and would be considered an upgrade if someone was either remodeling their house or having a custom house built. There's a saying in the US ( at least from what I've seen on home improvement shows on HGTV) about having one sink/facebowl in the master bathroom and it is to preserve a couple's sanity and marital harmony, there needs to be two sinks, either side by side or on separate sides of the bathroom. Although it's not uncommon for a secondary bathroom like the bathroom that is used by the kids and guests to have double vanities but unless they are put in during the remodeling process, a single vanity is typically updated and shared. I do understand that there are space limitations in the UK 🇬🇧 so double vanities aren't that common, but I will say , the size of the vanities I have seen in the videos would be more than adequate if only one could be in master bathroom.

I have those tiles in my new build, they are porcelanosa and I can confirm are very easy to clean! I love the wallpaper in the hall and adore that the bay continues up to the master bedroom. It feels like a very substantial 3 bed but a slightly wider hall and a utility would make it perfect.

AEG appliances are made by Electrolux now in case you didn't know. Had bad experience with them, wanted to charge £500 for a new oven door

Bedrooms 1&2 measurements appears to be wrong. They (as per Redrow brochure) are respectively, 14’ 5” x 11’ 0” and 11’ 9” x 9’ 8”. Actually, they may differ from site to site.

Four toilets, three showers and a bath for a house with three bedrooms. Why??? A waste of bedroom space. However, as always, you both are a pleasure to.watch.

On the surface a nice house, however, it has absolutely no storage downstairs. Where do you put your vacuum cleaner? And would guests really like their coats hanging over a toilet?? Would you want to use a toilet when you've got to fight your way through coats to get to it?? And no room anywhere to put storage cupboards. Quite a poorly designed house, I wouldn't buy it. Love your tours though, guys😘

Just my opinion but it’s not a lifestyle without a proper utility.
