Out of the interviewers that Elliott interviewed with, I'd say this was one of the better ones. Decent interviewer, treated Elliott well.

this interviewer really did a great job making Elliot feel comfortable, i like how he responded to Elliot when he said "thats kinda silly wouldn't you say?" and said "i dont know, depends on how you look at it i suppose." big respect

This is a good interview. Elliott seemed more comfortable and was lovely. He has such a calming voice.

Props to the interviewer for keeping it going. Still kept the questions rolling, transitioned nicely and was considerate to his bit social awkwardness and hesitation.

Right. But I'm starting to notice this is always their strategy. And tbh i feel that it is to deal what is in some senses an unnatural exchange

I moved to Portland in 1995. I listened to KCRW's Morning Becomes Eclectic (this show) every weekday before moving there from Long Beach, CA.

Elliott knew how to shut someone down..almost true to the lyrics in the Heatmiaer song The Fix Is In. " I Know How To Turn Others Inside Out "

Wow I haven’t heard very many people talk about Quasi (I might just not be in the right places) a band that I found on accident and really ended up enjoying, I think it’s really neat that he liked them

you can hear how disoriented elliott is, its just kinda sad.

This is the comment you leave after listening to this? Someone sounds nuts and it isn't him.
@zollaii3264 жыл бұрын
@@opheliajade1986 I wasn't trying to make a blatantly rude statement towards the man, i'm not that insensitive. I feel so terrible for Elliott, all of the shit he was put through in his lifetime and to end it all in such a tragic way (from what the autopsy states) I would never put down Elliott in any way shape or form, only feel the sadness and loss for both him and his family. Your misunderstanding is valid, but there is no reason be calling me 'nuts'. I hope my reply brings you a little insight to how Elliott's music can bring a harsh understanding of how much pain a person truly can go through, (referring to Elliott. )

@@zollaii326 That's understandable...my apologies for calling you nuts. I just didn't think he sounded disoriented in this particular interview, but I understand what you meant now.
