@@ImDirtyDan73 just a bit of advice if you plan on making multiple characters, when you first start the game on your first character profile right at the beginning you can save the game before your character jumps of the wagon right before the character creation screen. Once you’ve done that you can save just after you finish making your character back out into the menu screen and immediately load up the “prisoner” save file which will allow you to completely skip the intro scene and get right into making your next character.

It's difficult to say, but I will say that it probably is the greatest RPG ever, at least the best I've ever played. It's not even just the best RPG I've ever played, it's the best GAME I ever played. I hope the next Elder Scrolls game is just as amazing if not better. During my shitty years of Middle School, this game was my escape from reality. I would sit in class for 7 hours waiting to get home and play this game until 1 in the morning.

After putting 800+ hours over different characters, alliances and playstyles let me tell you what SKYRIM really is. SKYRIM is ... POETRY. From the intuitive leveling to the beautiful graphics, the perfect music, the random chatter of citizens, the amount of choice offered to you, the different regions and how they make you feel, and so on. SKYRIM can be gorgeous, it can be creepy when it needs to, it can be realistic in the design of its quests, it can be funny, it can be soothing and with mods you'll be able to play this game almost forever. It is by no means perfect but it's damn well close to it. For me it is hands down the best game of the ps3/xbox360 era, pc included of course :). And even if you can decapitate your enemies and it has a 18+ age rating i play this game in order to relax, it's a museum with a collection of beautiful paintings. Things that i still need to do: side with the stormcloaks, side with the empire, complete all the side-quest jobs for the thieves guild, do a full play-through as a vampire, complete the Witcher 3 GOTY and perharps many more ... LONG LIVE THE DRAGONBORN!

I love Skyrim SO much. I actually have a story to tell: So, Back like, a year ago, our family gaming console was the Xbox 360. We had Skyrim for it. It was one Christmas when my Dad got it for us, and I was the first person to play it. I fell in love with it. After all, my dad DID say that the whole family will LOVE it. Anyways, for months upon months that is all we played, was Skyrim. So then, last Christmas, we got a upgrade to the Xbox One. But what we didn't think about, was Skyrim. We later found out that they didn't have Skyrim for the Xbox One, and that the Xbox 360 version wasn't backwards compatible with it. So, we couldn't play Skyrim. And ever since then, lol, it seems like our family has been going through a depression. UNTIL. That UNTIL is big game changer. We found out that the remastered version of Skyrim was coming out for the Xbox One at the end of October. Our family was joyful and happy for weeks, then we got tired of waiting. And now, October is just starting, and now we know: ONE MORE MONTH! Ever since then, it seems like every night we have stayed up talking about our previous Skyrim lives and how fun it was, and how it will change, how hard it will be to gain back all of those levels we once had, the adventures we went on, we even had discussions comparing and contrasting our opinouns about different things, like magic or no magic? Imperials or Stormcloaks? Good or evil? Miraak or Auldiun? (I personally like the Imperials, but you probably don't care.) And we are still waiting until the end of the month today. It is coming SOON! LOL, I actually want to tell you about my previous Skyrim life. You are probably getting tired of reading this comment, so you can stop here if you want. Anyways, I had decided that I wanted a sort of casual life. If you read the Hobbit at all, I am like Bilbo. I like home and my town, but I sort of feel the itch for adventure at the same time. I had a house in Whiterun, I was a citizen there. I went to the market square everyday, and meet new people. My favirote person from that market square however was the one Breton that owned a market in the bottom left corner of the square. Man, me and him were buddies. However, I soon realized that I had the itch to earn more money. So, I had remembered a lumberjack in Riverwood that was willing to give pay people for work. So I started going to Riverwood a few days a week to earn a few gold pieces. It did help, too. I got like 1000 pieces a day. Now, yes, I did go on advetures and complete some quests every once in a while. Then that was until I found a glitch that got me 10000 gold pieces, so I was rich. Life in Whiterun was nice, too. I had a house, a wife, and 2 kids. I would go hunting outside the city walls every once in a while. I was friends with Jarl Baulgruff. I was dragonborn, I was a pretty popular dude in Whiterun. And life was perfect. A lot of other Skyrim players made fun of me for how I liked to play Skyrim, even my Dad did. I didn't care that much though, I just laughed along with it. Actually, there was a time when my Dad said, "Haha! All of the world is burning down due to Stormcloaks, and everyone is dying due to dragons, and you're sittin' here in Riverwood tryna' earn a few pieces! HAHA!". I personally though it was funny too. Okay, that is it for this comment. If you have read up to this point, good job. You are now legendary, and you will be recieving your very own helicopter at your door in about five minutes. (It's a scam.) Anyways. . . Bye, I guess.

secunda always resurfaces the memory of my mage, in a forest with his dog (meeko) on a cold bitter night. the aurora borealis overhead as they wander through riften hold on their way to ivarrstead to learn more about his amazing power. there's one part in the song where i hear the dog bark in my head as meeko always does it at that moment and i love it. as the song slows and starts to stop i picture my sorcerer at the bottom of the throat of the world. about to cross the bridge as he glances up at the giant mountain while the sun rises from over the right side off in the distance he sees the silhouette of winterhold city drenched in the sunlight as night turns to day and the song stops. The song has stopped, but the adventure has just begun...

It's a nice game for sure the vanilla version , but if you use some tutorial and only essential mod you can't say that is better vanilla. I've played the original one time, and (for example) all children are ugly as fuck, they are all deformed, (honestly all people, but children....my god). I don't even think of marriage. How can i marry someone so ugly?? HOW??!! No way, i'm a lone wolf anyway...... Then i've discovered the Nexus: I downloaded RSChildren, and Bijin Wives. Now, i have adopted a NORMAL LOOKING child, because they are people now. I have a Wife because i sincerely like her. Now i can interact with them and they all look like people. So it's easy make a connection and have feeling for them. Heimskir is good lo...... .... anyway... If you stick to Lore Friendly mod, the Skyrim you can play on PC is an another game. Honestly, i'm on the verge of tears listening to this, the nostalgic feel of the opening theme and the rest is just amazing. This may sound pathetic, but I remember when skyrim was literally the only thing I had to look forward to. This game has had such a huge impact on me, on all of us, who have poured our hearts into our character, into the world, and it's universe. There may never be another game like this. Thank you Bethesda for making such a great game. Edit: After 8 months I only got notified of one comment lol. Big disagree with downloadsource.net. Skyrim had come out when you were younger and vulnerable, as it seems. I played skyrim before The Witcher 3 and A gamer to gamer. Don’t waste your time. Skyrim has flaws. But it is Apex compared to the Witcher. Couldn’t even play half way through the Witcher, such a boring game.

Ohhh the music in this game is just the best! I remember playing this by my window at night with it snowing out with my fireplace going and omg let me tell you. I can't recreate what I felt about this game. Thats the saddest part. I really want to play it but I just can't. I have other games to play lol. But when ever I listen to this soundtrack it takes me back to that wonderful moment.
