No Jeff Lynne, no ELO. No ELO, no Richard Tandy. No Richard Tandy, no awesome Mini Moog player. No Mini Moog, no Robert "Bob" Moog to invent it. THANK YOU Jeff, Richard AND Bob! Our ears are truly indebted to you all!

INIGUALABLES !!

I have always liked the live version of this track more than the album version. Especially the end of this version is superb.

Thank you thank you to whomever I need to thank for this - one of my fave tracks off 3rd Day. And performed EXACTLY as I saw it in my mind's eye. But now I'm wondering - is Richard playing a mini-Moog? A little hard to tell from the angle, but I see a bit of wood so I'm assuming it's a mini. Such a wondrous sound, so full and animated.

Evidently progresive rock , don't try to call it "pop music" .
@stetrak19678 жыл бұрын
I've the same opinion
@matthatter28497 жыл бұрын
"On The Third Day" was their most "progressive" LP. But don't get it twisted, Lynne has no problem being a "pop" artist. When pop WAS rock that is.
@yukimann20004 жыл бұрын
@@matthatter2849 I said "progressive rock" about "On The Third Day" . They've drifted to mainstream later . Discovery was evidently pop , but it doesn't matter , I love it too .

Richard Tandy is a great keyboard player, possibly one of the best in the business, but does he make a mistrake at 2.23? Because it's ELO, you are forgiven lol. Would normally say this is a great track, but that applies to everything ELO did.
