The bit about instant cast I agree with 100%. I played on normal casting for years and noticed a huge difference when I switched to instant. Obviously takes a little while to get used to but your reaction time is so much better when you're only pressing the buttons once. Only ability I have on normal casting is Wukong 3 cause I always fuck up on instant cast and bird form when I'm trying to Tiger form 😂

@@skylertodorov8322 I would honestly just switch to savage+. IF you really want to be a masters level player, your mechanics are going to have to get faster. Weaken gave you the tips to get BETTER, these are just tips to get faster. Worse case scenario you just switch your controller type, SMASH Arena, Co-op vs AI, or Training (solo) Joust matches. if it doesnt feel right or better after a few days its not like your mechanics with claw will have gone to complete shit. now i cant and wont just say "buy a $200 bro!!!" so i wont. but i can say IF you have the disposable income. its WORTH! and one more piece of parting wisdom, every single player who thinks theyre better than they are refuses to adapt because "it works for me" whether its a build, playstyle, off role pick, or whatever. refusing to adapt to new things will only hold ya back. hope this helps my dude.

I got a Plat border in season 4, then got into lots of customs and 5 man stacking but last time I put some time into ranked me and a friend were pushing into high diamond matchmaking pretty quickly. So I’m sure that’s the case if I committed. But I also see a lot of outplays happening by KBM players, and sometimes you’ll match into that guy that breaks your ankle no matter how high the sensitivity is. I feel like this game micro mechanics (whipping abilities, blind casting, juking, boxing as a carry specifically) are all somewhat buffed by KBM as well as player skill. At the moment it’s just a frustration, because I’ll die a lot in my matches from misclicking relics and abilities and I tilt myself and have to take some time. It’s going to be a Gradual thing. Tldr - High matchmaking on controller already, moved to Pc killing me because the margin for error is so small I die a lot. But I know it’ll be worth it in the long run

Just my 2 cents, I think he stun combos with his 2 because on controller your ult is 'Y' (playing on savage) and you cant aim your ult and use it at the same time (unless you play claw) so its hard. if your going to play a god like agni, that you need to aim your ult, you need a controller with buttons on the back so you can move and use your ult at the same time. Either way, not in Elo Hell.

The only thing I wish they would do for controller people is allow us to change the button layout. I used beserk forever and I made that work then I recently went to savage plus but my only complaint on that is to auto attack cancel you have to hit O (on ps5) and if I could changed that to r3 I think it would tremendously help. @Shawn Rasmussen Completely depends on what character you're playing. If you're playing a god like Susano, you need to cancel each cast of Storm Kata to aa-cancel. Similar to Achilles and several other gods. Being able to cancel channels/multi-cast abilities quickly is very important.

Elo hell is real I’ll give h a example weeks ago I was stuck in low play high gold and I couldn’t get out because of the same reasons which were teammates that would troll my games, teammates that would leave, or teammates were on purposely throwing my games to make me lose, or horrible team gaps. This was going in for a while, until I duo queued with a friend to help me which he helped me get into high plat then I solo queued the rest of my games to get into D2 if Elo hell wasn’t real there would be no shot I should be in D2 but I am cause I’m a good player but I can admit there is a elo hell but I feel like elo hell is where your losing games for the reasons I said mainly the trolling and throwing teammates

I played quick cast for a few months before making the move to instant. I have buttons 1-4 on my mouse, so holding down buttons was less intrusive on my movement. Now I'm full instant cast including relics. Spamming blink has come in clutch so many times.

Isn’t quick cast the same thing as instant cast but with quick you’re able to hold down the ability if you want too?

@@MouthDrops It's not the same otherwise there wouldn't be the two options, but that's what it does. Abilities don't fire until you release, so you have to do the two motions of pushing down and letting go. Instant cast only has half that, so technically it's faster by a little bit. Between pushing down and letting go, you have to adjust to make sure you're still on target. Instant, of course, has no indication of what the ability shape looks like to see if it's in range.

Flat pen is invaluable at early to mid game fights. 20% off a 15 second cooldown is only a 3 second reduction. Your kit isn't coming back up in time for it to matter, so most players would rather output the most damage earlier in the game in order to take advantage of ganks and small fights rather than have the ability to spam abilities that won't do enough damage without a prolonged teamfight. It does depend on the god though imo.

Some comments were justified but some seemed like you were desperate to not let him prove elo hell is real like: there are times when he hasn't got a single cooldown up and you're screaming "Kill them all!" like you're Aerys from game of thrones, what's he supposed to do? Use the cheat engine to get his abilities off cooldowns.
