3:53 I play on a Series X and you can 100% run smite at 120fps on that. The game itself was originally locked at 60, but the FPS Boost feature bumps it up to 120.

As a PC player I don’t understand what the issue with console is tbh, 60 fps is fine for this game, its not like it’s a fast paced intense shooter where every frame and every tiny input matters, the game doesn’t work on that high a level of precision for 60 vs 120 vs even 240 to matter imho Obv higher frame rates generally just feel better to play on but it’ll never really impact the outcome of a game, the better team will always win

Yeah I agree. I've played on PC and I played on console and I primarily play on console. Just cuz it's more convenient and the difference from 60 FPS to 120 FPS is not like it's 30 to 60 where there is a massive difference. And as you said it's not a first person shooter where it puts in too much. The reason why there's not a lot of controller players it's just because how small smite is the game has less than 10,000 players on steam. That's a pretty small number for a competitive game and I assume it's even smaller on console

There is an insane difference in any game where people are moving and landing abilities. It takes you all of 5 minutes to google and watch a video like the linustechtips vid on fps/frames Instead of just talking without any real experience or testing, that would make more sense

@@Weak3n The reason 60fps is standard in most cases is because that's roughly the fastest a human eye can process on average. Anything more is literally pointless. No one can react within 1/240 fps without using prediction.

Cocacola was a menace in the sub league, although he played more of a ranked playstyle so the way my team at least dealt with him was to just fully focus him and know where he is at all times, but if you ever let him do what he wants he will carry tf out of his team. His team in the sub league was also just not that threatening tbh

I don't know about elo hell, but I felt like I was in hell one game last month. Holy shit, it was painful. I was going duo with a friend, both of us were like 30 kills and somewhere 5-10 deaths each. We lost because our jungler decided that inting his face off then disconnecting was a good idea. We got deicide multiple times but never had enough time to push down the titan. We got a phoenix or two down at times, but our carry built double defensive items and had awful items in general, our support was actually decent enough, reliable but not amazing player. So we were basically 3v5 because our carry did less damage than our support even in late game.

Can someone explain why so many freya's build bumbas instead of gem? Is it for objective shred? Dont you lose on dmg?

Bumba’s spear on Freya allows you to shred objectives way more easier but it’s main benefit is for the tower/phoenix siege as it’s pretty weak without. No matter what starter u build, Freya’s always gonna hit hard late game in the PvP. Gem is more beneficial for clearing in the early game so at the end of the day it just comes down to preference.

The bumbas tower shred on a mage seems meh to me, since mage autos already hit towers for 120% compared to 80% for physical characters. That is why you see her go bumbas though. 👍

whats the qualifications for this coaching series you want to start? i play daily and i can be on when youre on. i played a lot of assault, arena and slash but this season i got into conquest after watching a lot of your vids and spl vids. im still low mmr (only 1400) but i actually do pretty well in games. just cant carry games because im support main.
