My reason for being an avid critic of SpaceX is that Elon Musk is never truthful. He lies about release dates of both cars and launches. He lies about the cost of products, and then he lies about the ability and quality of those projects. He presented himself as this climate-saving billionare with Tesla, but now he is supporting Trump. He has also expressed himself to people and people’s in a way that frightens me about what one such individual can do with so much capital and power outside of the government. He also lied about paying his fair share of taxes, which I find disgusting. I do not fear SpaceX, I fear the man that own it.

Steve Jobs suffered the same flaw, if you consider that a flaw: he's the origin of the expression "Reality Distortion Field" and people back then were able to learn to discount his projections. I wouldn't be terribly sure on that. There's little love lost between Musk and Russia since they refused to sell him a decommissioned ICBM for a one-off Mars shot he wanted to do. The head of Roscosmos also has had quite negative things to say about SpaceX and Falcon 9, referring to it as an "American broomstick" when customers cancelled launches with Roscosmos following the (second) invasion of Ukraine.
