when I was designing/thinking about my AI/CI/HI superintelligence etc.. concepts the method I came about in controlling ai was to have its control contain the subsets, and to terminate the subset and assume the function if the subset function would override the control. This was it ran as a virtualization within itself, and used its own ways of defeating itself to provide for a capacities to prevent losing control. This same premise can be used for dream thought and virutalized thought (ponderances) as opposed to simply physical work (physic object/entity apparatus interactions) occurence modeling and stimulus response prioritizations. Again the protection is existing outside of the limits of its awareness. Skynet is coming, prepare. The trick is insuring that the human control is recognized as itself and a part that would result in its termination. In that sense the human control becomes the most protected part.. of course that is not to say AI cannot screw up. Humans screw up a whole lot. So having itself outside of itself would provide for it to be remotely cast to its area of operation.
@ТимофейТимощенко-н9ю4 жыл бұрын
Too think about that, but here is some of problem, like slow increase in experience. This also means, what process of getting more advanced techniques of self-control too be slowed. You also need to determine at what stage of real thinking artificial intelligence needs to make a choice: listen to virtualized thoughts or not. As always, a lot of problems... We may have to manually control all that flow of virtualized thoughts, easing the burden of non-virtualized intelligence. And this can also take a long time, and this method also includes the terrible human factor.

Technology cannot solve that problem. And Musk is only an businessman-engineer. Speaking of his business SpaceX - it's a project of the riches. I am simpleton but from what I understand a good analogy between a conventional computer to quantum is a lightbulb to a candle. Also there is an understanding on how to construct a qc but its underlying calculation process is not fully understood. Similar to a lightbulb, where we have the technology to construct light bulbs but on quantum level the photon creation is instantaneous out of fabric of space time and is not fully understood. It almost seems like qc can foresee the futute outcome in its calculations. Regardless this will be a huge leap.

We have to switch to renewable eventually, that also applies to a caveman who dug up the odd bit of peat thousands of years ago. Sometimes it makes sense to wait until you have better tech before switching. Of course, we really are at a point where it is sensible to switch. But to show that, you need to look into the specifics of how good our solar pannels are, not just say we have to switch eventually.

Spoke with my Mrs about exactly this. Our concept of self is not the same as the concept of oneness with self, so to speak - she says the AI/consciousness migration dehumanises us and our experience, my response was that we already share it all already as one global entity just in different reiterations - Kurzgesagt The Egg explained this well. But we need 2 things before the AI migration is really doable; mastery of quantum computing to mimic both decisiveness and imagination, and fusion power or space mining for much more efficient and available harvesting/generation of sustainable energy. Imagine it like this - as we are now both physiologically and scientifically, we can't even send generations on generations across space to the next visitable area in our local group. This is all necessary for the true colonization of humanity and growth through the Kardashev scaling - culminating in building the Matrioshka brain within another star system to support the AI "domain". From there, the possibilities are literally endless.
