For the people who Genuinely thinks Elon is just a rich financier and his minions is who does all the work should watch these videos . Everything starts with his head, obviously he's not super human, so he outsource the work to his engineers, but he have 100% end to end knowledge, so if there is problem with engineering or engineer he immediately know what to pursue to achieve the end goal.

Elon literally did some of the heavy-lifting for SpaceX design and thruster engineering, when he couldn't find anyone to hire. He also slept on the floor at Tesla, when they were trying to sort out manufacturing issues. Steve Jobs was a dreamer, Elon actually can do the engineering. Also - there is nothing stopping Bezos, or Zuck from starting a Neuralink type of company, but they haven't done it with all those billions, because there is a low probability of success. Elon would rather try for the sake of trying.

These people usually just don't like him due to political beliefs or ridiculous things he's said (which, to be fair, even I'm getting sick of). My partner is one of them, and even though I'm not a huge Elon fan nowadays, I staunchly defend him when it comes to the "he just gets others to do the work" narrative. He's one of the smartest people on Earth. Unfortunately, smart doesn't always equal common sense, but I will always defend the truth even if I disagree with someone on certain topics.

I wish i would have known about it before my oldest brother just died end of April. I know he would have done it and it could have saved his life😢. He had Glioblastoma 6 tumors. I must respectfully, but totally, disagree. I thank God that he is now involved in politics - he may have just saved our country by the political interventions he made in the last few months. Without those interventions, and the unique way he supported those he believed in, it is my believe our country would not have the way open to implement his superior improvements. Something Elon has expressed countless times is that he has a difficult time moving forward with everything he does because of all the regulations that gets in his way. Alot of times those regulations will put him into situations where he has to do something else that also goes against other regulations, and it becomes a situation where its impossible to not go against regulations. Voting for trump means being able to help Elon by getting rid of all the unnecessary regulations that dont make any sense. This dude is going to push humanity into a new era just like the Wright Brothers, Thomas Edison, Alexander Gram Bell, Henry Ford, etc. So why vote for somebody like Kamala who literally wants more regulations on top of the regulations that nearly make it impossible for Elon to work efficiently? Recently Elon stated that the moment Trump gets into office he's going to open his government department and save the country 2 trillion dollars in wasted funds. An extra 2 trillion dollars could fix so many problems that dont have to exist. Its important to keep this guy in a position where he can keep doing these great things. In our lifetime we will not only see a brilliant human, but also an American hero.

My wife had a cranial aneurysm in 2016. She had a miraculous recovery. In 2022 she had 5 brain tumors pop up. They estimated she had 3~6 months to live. After radiation the tumors were smaller but still there. Another miracle of modern science. She started a weekly "experimental" (recently approved) infusion process to keep the tumors from growing. Last Christmas she had a stroke and lost the left side of her body. We haven't been able to find anything on the web about Neuro-Link and strokes. The doctors aren't much help. Where can we find something about Neuro-Link and stroke research?

In the Netherlands (small place, 18m inhabitants) there are about 120k people with epilepsy. A third of the attacks cannot be suppressed with drugs. Funny analogy to Jet airplanes ! I have incorporated one "Turbo jet" design principal into centrifugal water pumps. We will see it in most large scale pumping operations in about two years. The basic Principal is "Put a little output energy back into the input side" . . . This is what makes a Jet turbine engine more efficient at high RPM and it also makes ICE cars more efficient by re-introducing Heat or Pressure back into the engine. You can think of it as "Interest on a savings account" the more time goes by the larger and more productive it gets.

I watched the entire video carefully, and I have to say I’m no longer convinced these chips are a good idea. Let me explain why in detail. First, the idea of lying under a machine while thousands of wires are hammered into the eye in minutes sounds incredibly brutal, no matter how it’s portrayed. Now to my main point: metal rusts. Additionally, I’d question if wiring the brain in such a complex way is even necessary. If you asked experts in this field, I’d assume they know how to read and potentially send information to the brain without wires. It might even be achievable without opening the skull or implanting a chip under the skin. Perhaps a collar around the neck could do it, using induction to capture and reinsert signals at the spinal cord. That said, I’m no expert-probably even less than Elon Musk, despite how I might come across in the video. The second point relates to the 'inner voice.' I’ll try to explain: the brain can likely only output as much information as this internal narrator can guide through its processes. In other words, the inner narrator would play a crucial role in determining data flow. I think this was the question directed at Elon Musk: how much data can actually be transmitted. It’s not a question of the brain’s information-generating potential, but rather of the mechanisms controlling these processes. I suspect the inner voice is key, but of course, this is just my hypothesis. Thirdly, I think it’s a mistake to overlook the wealth of knowledge among so many talented neurologists. After all, it feels like there are fewer and fewer true doctors, with many working primarily for the pharmaceutical industry. So, a sincere thank you for your work. And lastly, about optical signals: if I picture a low-resolution cloud that transmits both color and light conditions in real time to my brain, giving me sight again, it sounds noble and promising. But I imagine it would require an enormous processor to produce a real-time image in the brain. I also haven’t heard any realistic suggestions from Elon Musk on how this image would actually form in the brain. His approach seems almost whimsical-just putting wires in and hoping the signals find their way. This strikes me as impractical, especially considering that the wires will rust. Would the chip need replacement each year, involving surgery every time? These are just my thoughts. Thank you for your time.

Elon is the perfect example of what seriously passionate people are able to accomplish without the restraints of everyday worries. Food, shelter, etc etc... AKA money, at least in the personal sense. I consider myself to be someone that loves tech just as much as Elon. However, my choices in life have inhibited me from doing what I truly WANT to do, which is study and learn everything I can about fields of tech that I get that child-like fascination about... I joined the military when I was 17, not finishing high school (my GED and asvab score put me in top 8 percentile of graduating seniors and the IQ test I took 5 years ago put me at a 127). I was never good at traditional schooling. Looking back, I wish I had been able to attend better schools, but in the very early 2000s, in rural TN, high school class of 150... Needless to say, the teachers weren't very... good at teaching... Math has been my biggest bugaboo... In the military I unfortunately would injure my back, bad... and have never recovered from it (34 now)... I have been fighting the VA for disability benefits for over a decade now... I finally got approved for VA healthcare though so thats progress! All these years I have been doing computer repair/tech support for local businesses, making a rather meager living... In short, NOT doing what I truly want to do... I LOVE learning about things like, programming languages and developing with them more than anything... When you can speak to a computer, and tell it what to do... Its no different than an artists at a blank canvas, truly uninhibited creation at your fingertips... Taking these tech skills and coupling them with hardware engineering, say in the form of home automation, has been a blast personally.... Anyway... none of you asked for this, Im just venting a little frustration I believe... Cheers all
