Regarding the effect of AI to the Tech & IT Industry; I think the biggest impact will be online tech interview tasks. Employers would want to give interviewees a special application where they can do their tests/tasks. I still don’t think AI will replace junior developers; It will reduce the time spent on training them. It will also make startups and businesses more productive and there will be a significant increase in applications and softwares deployed on cloud services. The businesses that will survive are the ones that are innovative, solve real problems and care more for their customers. Regarding the educational sector, certifications and work experience will become more relevant because employers may not trust self taught individuals who are new to the industry.

Curious to see this interview again in 5 years from now. This approach has proven in the past 100 years to be incredibly good, as average expectance of life raised constantly. But there are some elements that should be considered and I think Eloin is not considering. First: for the first time in the last century some countries (like USA) show a decline in the life expectancy. Second, what is the benefit to have the last 20-30 years of life being substantially incapable of having an healthy life, due to chronic diseases forcing to use continuous, expensive, complicate treatments, etc. etc.? Third: today it is possible to live 100 hundred years without medicines, without treatments, without physicians, working, having fun, travelling, in other words having a normal life, and all this is possible just changing life style: at least 5 hours of physical exercise a week (distributed along all the days), continuously moving, having a vegetarian and healthy customised diet (e.g., but it is only an example, following 2021-12-07 - AHA Dietary Guidance to Improve Cardiovascular Health). Today we spend trillions of dollars treating diseases, when we could be spending much less having healthy habits and live not 1 year more, but 10 years more.
