Those zero G flights don't go into a nosedive, they climb, then they turn into a dive, but it's not directly down, and it's not during the descent you're weightless, really. It's during the top of the parabolic arc that is the plane's path.

In terms of steering wheels for gaming I personally recommend the Logitech G29 or the G290 the differences are that the G29 is for the PS3-4 and Pc it has more buttons which can be configured to be inputs for getting in and out of a vehicle and also for a very simmy game such as BeamNGDrive or Euro Truck sim or My Summer Car; these buttons on the steering wheel can be used for the windscreen wipers and such. The G29 also features and switch at the top of the wheel in the centre to swtich the compatibility from PS3 to PS4, but whatever position the switch is in it will always be compatible with Pc as soon as it's plugged in. However the G290 is for the Xbox one and pc which lacks five buttons and a rotating red ring around one of the buttons used to be a variable switch that is used for something on the PlayStation. The Wheel is very realistic and it simulates a manual transmission with ABC pedals. It is priced very high but I think it's probably worth it. Moreover the wheel has flappy paddles to change gear however you can purchase the H-shifter six selection Gear stick made by Logitech which plugs into the wheel itself but it does not come with the wheel. I said earlier that it is priced very high for what it is and it is about the price of a console more or less. However it can be had in the UK from any Currys PC World or Argos, Amazon or the Logitech website itself. The setup will need to be plugged into the mains to utilise the force feedback. The pedals plug into the wheel and the wheel then plugs into the PC, Ps3 or PS4 or the Xbox one (if you go for the G290). Also worth noting that you probably need to install Logitech drivers from the Logitech website as it doesn't come with any on a CD. Anyway Logitech also do the faming sim one and joysticks and aircraft controls and dials for flight sims. Anyway if you three got to read this, sorry it's so long and I hope it was helpful. The proposed rocket transportation system is not feasible at all. Also the time calculation is significantly off. The 30/40 minutes are for missles transporting payloads (like nuclear warheads) not humans, you can't expose living people to the g-forces that can be applied to just a payload.

On the "confess to a priest" thing, I don't know about what the law says specifically, but here in Brazil what they do sometimes is they go to the police and say "somebody confessed to a/this crime". They're not saying names, so technicallities-mumbo-jumbo they're not going agains their ethics. Also, that's not a rule, it is just personal. One priest may do this, another may not. I don't know what's the official brazilian Catholic church stand on this matter.

Yeah, I have cheaper way to experience zero g in your lifetime. Fly to Austria and run off a mountain with a parachute and the guy you're strapped to will be like 'hey, wanna experience zero g?' and you'll be like 'hell yeah' but then you'll forget how much you drank the night before and instantly regret your decision while you're spinning about in the air trying to take in the views. And that everyone is the story of how I threw up on the gorgeous greenery of the Austrian Alps :)
